Our service is currently provided on the T-Mobile network only within the United States. As T-Mobile actively works to recover the T-Mobile network across states impacted by the devastation of hurricanes, service may be spotty or unavailable depending on your location. However, According to T-Mobile, “Our network is almost fully restored along affected regions, with less than 1% of network sites in specific areas where conditions remain particularly challenging not connected.” For more information on network availability, please visit “T-Mobile Responding to Hurricane Helene”.
